PROCESSING TIME

'www.auroarts.com'  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
We take great care in packaging your artwork securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us immediately at support@auroarts.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to replace the damaged item or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
'www.auroarts.com' is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
