SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to the following locations:

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method - Standard Shipping 

Estimated Delivery Time -  3-7 business days     

Cost - ₹200 (across India)

Free Shipping Pan-India on orders above ₹2,500.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during high-demand periods.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES
'www.auroarts.com'  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
We take great care in packaging your artwork securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us immediately at info@auroarts.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to replace the damaged item or issue a refund in accordance with our 'Return and Refund Policy'.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
'www.auroarts.com' is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
